Lone Winter - School Years

The twins quickly grow into healthy infants. Despite being twins, they differ a lot personality-wise. Beth (L) prefers to quietly play and move, wanting to be read to despite being a wiggly baby. Bella (R), on the other hand, is calm and independent, learning how to crawl very quickly in order to get what she wants.

The couple soon realizes they were not quite prepared for the amount of extra work twins would be. They do their best to ensure both girls have their needs met, but in the meantime Aurora feels a bit jealous and neglected.

Despite the busy household and crying babies, Zoe and Erin are able to throw Aurora a great birthday party! She is ready to say goodbye to childhood and hello to being a teen. Aurora appreciates the effort her mom and partner are putting in as well, considering how challenging the twins have been.

Aurora is a beautiful young woman, and is ready to start the next stage of her life. She has inherited her mother's passion for the environment, and has a thirst for knowledge. She starts high school and quickly adjusts to the new level of studies.

Aurora continues her Scouts journey and quickly reaches the highest level. She also spends time helping Zoe and Erin with the twins, quickly bonding with both girls. However, the ruckus of the home is causing Aurora some troubles with sleeping, and her grades begin to suffer. The extra time she is spending helping out with the babies is also leading to less time spent on homework.

Zoe talks to Aurora about what's going on, and Aurora expresses disappointment at not being able to handle it all. Her mother reminds her that school is her priority, and while she appreciates the help, it is not Aurora's job or responsibility. They discuss other options for Aurora's schooling to keep her on track, and she decides to apply to prestigious Pennyridge Boarding School.
