  The twins quickly grow into healthy infants. Despite being twins, they differ a lot personality-wise. Beth (L) prefers to quietly play and move, wanting to be read to despite being a wiggly baby. Bella (R), on the other hand, is calm and independent, learning how to crawl very quickly in order to get what she wants.  The couple soon realizes they were not quite prepared for the amount of extra work twins would be. They do their best to ensure both girls have their needs met, but in the meantime Aurora feels a bit jealous and neglected.  Despite the busy household and crying babies, Zoe and Erin are able to throw Aurora a great birthday party!   With things going so well, Zoe brings up the idea of having more children to Erin. While initially very surprised, she quickly agrees - she'd love to expand their family! With her latest promotion at work and Zoe quickly finishing her second degree in Fine Arts, they have nothing to worry about financially.  Zoe brings up the idea with Aurora as well, and she is on board to have some new siblings! She appreciates being included in the discussion before her mother goes off for artificial insemination. Erin and Aurora wait for her return anxiously, hoping it took. On the first attempt, Zoe is expecting! She is struggling with pregnancy symptoms more than her first time, her body not agreeing with the changes as easily. The big day is almost here. Zoe and Erin take some quiet time for themselves before the ceremony. Zoe is nervous but Erin reassures her that she is in this relationship for the long haul, wedding or no. It's the big day! Everyone gets changed and prepares for the ceremony, held in Tartosa. Aurora is the flower girl, and is very excited to perform her important wedding duties.   Wow - Zoe has reached the top of her career! She is now a celebrity chef. Money is no longer a concern for her and her family. She begins to save up for a bigger home that they can move to after the wedding. Take the training wheels off - Aurora has finally mastered riding a bike! It's bittersweet for Zoe to see her little girl growing up so quickly. On the other hand, Aurora is excited to bike around town with no adults, and Zoe admires her independence.  Wow! Zoe is famous enough that someone wants to buy the rights to her likeness and start a restaurant franchise. She quits her job as a celebrity chef and sells her rights. Aurora is continuing to excel at school and in her personal life. She is still close to the triplets, and invites them and her 'uncle' Ramon over to play quite often. Her childhood is much different from her mother's, and Zoe can't be more glad. Things are going so well for Zoe and Erin that she decides to make things more official. On a date to their favorite bistro, Zoe proposes to Erin and asks if she wants to make a long-term commitment to her and her little family. Erin says yes! They agree to a long engagement. It's another big milestone for Aurora! Zoe is teaching her how to ride a bike. Aurora loves activity and is very adventurous, so she's really excited to get the hang of it. It's official - Zoe is a college graduate! It was a struggle, but she finally has her distinguished degree in Culinary Arts. Tears are shed as Zoe crosses the stage to receive her diploma. Aurora is clapping hardest of all, proud of her mother for sticking with it.  With her degree in hand, Zoe is able to immediately get a job as a pastry chef! Her experience working at the small coffee shop really helped with her experience. This is a huge step up in her career, and she is bringing home a fairly high salary.  With a new salary comes a new home, once that has a separate bedroom for Aurora and even an office! Zoe is able to furnish the home well, even getting a jungle gym for her daughter and her friends. Aurora is very excited to have her own space, and her mother helps her decorate her room with new posters.  After a few more months of dating, Zoe decides to introduce Erin to Aurora. It goes great!   Birthday girl! Aurora enjoys some strawberry cake and waves goodbye to being a toddler. She has officially reached childhood. Zoe has raised a responsible and competent girl, and now has plenty of free time to wrap up her degree. She hopes to find a new job in her field in order to buy a new home, one where Aurora can have her very own room. Aurora has lost her first baby tooth! An important milestone of childhood has already passed. Zoe is so proud to be witnessing these moments. She can't imagine what her life would be like without her daughter.  Zoe is able to make friends while finishing her degree. She meets Faye, a young woman in the same degree program. While finishing her final course, Zoe also meets Erin - a young woman from Chestnut Ridge. They hit it off and Zoe feels a true connection with someone first the first time since high school!
